Sarah is responsible for delivering large and complex program management and transitions at GROW Inc.
Sarah has had a diverse career in program management and change portfolio management. She had a pivotal role in GROW Inc’s first client transition, Mercy Super in 2021.
Sarah was at JP Morgan for over 20 years prior to joining GROW Inc.

Wendy leads our Technology team as our CTO with experience in establishing, scaling and leading large global teams on delivering technology and data projects.
She was formally CTO at OFX, Head of Data at Google and Canva.
Chief Strategy Officer
Adam leads GROW Inc’s strategic initiatives, domestically and globally.
With over 25 years’ experience in the superannuation industry, Adam is well positioned to support the development and commercialisation of DLTA.
Chief Superannuation Operations Officer
Glenna has led GROW Inc’s Superannuation Operations Team since September 2021.
Glenna has over 35 years’ experience in the superannuation industry leading large scale Operations teams and extensive experience in leading Transitions. Glenna has over 30 years experience at Mercer prior to joining GROW.
Chief Product Officer
Peter joined GROW Inc in 2019 and has held key leadership roles at GROW Inc across administration and product.
He holds extensive experience managing business operations across various functions, ranging from auditing, finance, risk management, operations and investment operations.
Prior to joining GROW Inc, Pete was the COO at Qantas Superannuation and held leadership positions at JP Morgan Chase.
Chief of Staff
Nadia is responsible for supporting and overseeing the execution and delivery of key company initiatives.
She has over 10 years’ experience in communications and has previously held roles working on transformation programs and implementation at Aware Super, AMP and GROW Inc.
Non-Executive Chair
Brad is an Independent Chair, appointed in October 2024.
He has had an executive career in financial services, serving as CEO of BT Financial Group for almost a decade to 2019 and was formerly CEO of Westpac New Zealand Limited, appointed in 2007.
He was also CEO of GE Consumer Finance in 2003 and appointed Chair of GE Capital Bank in the UK in April 2004.

Jackie is a Partner at AirTree Ventures, a venture capital fund based in Sydney. Prior to AirTree, invested in Fintech at NAB Ventures, and was a VP in Equity Derivatives at Merrill Lynch in London.

Ross has spent over 20 years working in financial services across the globe. He is Citi’s Transfer Agency Product Head for Asia and works closely with Citi Ventures and Citi’s Strategic Investment teams.
Prior to Citi Ross worked with organisations such as JPMorgan & SEI Investments.

Andrew has been working in financial services since 1994. His current role is General Manager of Issuer Services at ASX, in that role he has responsibility for companies listed on ASX.
Prior to moving to ASX he has led numerous projects focusing on disruptive innovation in financial services and has served on several boards in the finance sector.

Wolfgang is a Partner and CFO at Hitachi Ventures, the Corporate Venture Capital fund of Hitachi Group, where he has led multiple investments in Digital and Financial Services, DeepTech and Healthcare.
Wolfgang has managed successful international VC and Private Equity funds for over two decades. Prior to Hitachi Ventures he was Managing Partner for AGIC Capital and Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital.
